Welcome to the registration page for the 2021 AquaHacking Challenge on the Thousand Islands River (RDMI). If you are ready to register, click on "JOIN" on the right.

The 2021 AquaHacking Thousand Islands River Challenge is jointly organized by the Centre for Water Interpretation (C.I.EAU) and Aqua Forum. This is the ninth edition of the AquaHacking Challenge. The competition is conducted in French, is completely virtual and is open to participants from across Canada.

As part of this challenge, the Hackworks team accompanies participants from their registration to the semi-final. From this stage, the finalist teams are supported by the organizing team (C.I.EAU - Aqua Forum) and the others are welcomed into the AquaHacking Alumni community.

The AquaHacking Challenge is a technological and entrepreneurial competition aimed at developing innovative solutions to water-related issues. This Challenge allows young innovators to launch their start-ups with a sustainable mandate. It is also a pre-incubator and springboard for future entrepreneurs in the water sector.

This Challenge was created by the Fondation de Gaspé Beaubien, is powered by the RBC Foundation and is being carried out with the financial support of the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation under the Regional Outreach component of the Fonds régions et ruralité.
